1. Training
Your training is a one-time purchase, and will end once you have used the purchased hours, or after 12 months (whichever comes first).
2. Billing
2.1. Billing Cycle. This is a one-time charge for the number of hours purchased.
2.2. Refunds. RubySketch will not offer refunds for hours (full or partial), once purchased.
2.3. Transfers. You may request to transfer your hours to another PlusSpec user that is not associated with your company. However, RubySketch reserves the right to refuse the transfer of hours to a third party. If RubySketch accepts a transfer of hours, RubySketch will have no involvement in payment or monetary arrangement between you and your transfer-partner. No refunds or reallocation of funds will be made by RubySketch. RubySketch also reserves the right to charge a $50 administration fee to accept the transfer of hours.
2.4. Changes to the Price and Service. We may change our service plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will not apply to any previously purchased hours that are still available for use.
1. Bookings
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of fees. A booking confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed after full payment has been received by RubySketch. Please contact us if you have not received your booking confirmation and tax invoice within one business day of making payment.
2. Trainer
Once payment has been confirmed, RubySketch will assign you with a Trainer. The Trainer will reach out to you via email to make an introduction and arrange your first session. You may have different Trainers throughout your hours. However, RubySketch will try to ensure that you have one Trainer only.
3. Training Format
All training is to be held in an online format, during business hours. Individual Trainers may be open to face-to-face training, or training outside of business hours, but RubySketch will not participate in these conversations or arrangements.
It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that they have a fast and stable internet connection and an appropriate audio/speaker system (in-build computer mic/speaker, independent mic/speaker, or telephone dial in).
The term ‘Business hours’ is defined by the location of the Trainer, and will be discussed with you by your assigned Trainer in the introduction email.
4. Recordings
After each training session, the assigned Trainer will send you the training recording via email. It the customers responsibility to save this recording for their records. RubySketch Trainers will periodically wipe the Google Drive (or other storage system). RubySketch will not be responsible for the loss of any recordings.
If a session recording is corrupted, or the session was unable to be recorded, RubySketch (or the assigned Trainer) will not be responsible. RubySketch will not offer a reimbursement for non-recorded or corrupt session recording.
