When I send the 3D model html to people with an Apple computer (mine included) I cannot see the model. I do not know where to download it to.
The Microsoft computers work great.
Can you send me some instructions to give to my clients?

Thank you for your enquiry.
The 3D Model Viewer creates a file that currently can only be opened & viewed using a Google Chrome browser. Anyone trying to view the file will need to have Chrome downloaded & installed on their computer.
To open & view the file you may be able to double-click it (depending on computer preferences/settings), otherwise, you’ll need to right-click on the file and select ‘Open with > Google Chrome’ (see image below for more details).
