Reactivation of PlusSpec

Hi,

After updating my laptop I am unable to re-activate PlusSpec, ie ‘can’t reactivate more than once in 30 days’ message.

Can you assist please?

I sent you an email last night as I have encountered the same problem I had last week.

I don’t know if it had something to do with the latest Windows 10 update as it was working fine until that auto installed.

Your help in resolving this would be appreciated.
