Sync not working

Hello
I bought plusspec 15 days ago.
I installed it on version 19 of sketchup.
Since the beginning I am unable to synchronize the materials.
I tried to change country and state.
I tried to reinstall sketchup and plusspec
I reinstalled windows completely
I have enough space on my hard drive
I tried on my internet connection at the office, at home and with my mobile.
I still can not connect.
Can you help me please
I could not test it on another computer because I have to wait 30 days to switch the license

I noticed that you’re on our Lite plan which we currently don’t offer tech support for, however, someone from the office will be in contact with you over the next day or so to speak to you further.
