Take off to Excel

Postby chenjian » Thu Apr 12, 2018 8:56 am

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to export the take off to an excel sheet, I pressed the button however not new excel pop out appears. I can print off the take off to my printer with no trouble, therefore the data output is not an issue.

Has anyone experienced any problem with CSV as well?

Cheers

Hi chenjian,

Thank you for your post.

Have you tried the 'Export CSV' option in the takeoff?

If that doesn't work, I would recommend to copy the takeoff web link (the address bar at the top of the browser) and paste it into a another browser and then try either export option.

Would you be able to please let me know if this fixes the issue you're having?
Kind Regards,
Grant
