PlusSpec design help

Hey everybody. I'm looking for an experienced PlusSpec designer who can build my house from the floorplans I provide. I will need a plusSpec /Sketchup file when completed. It's basically a 3/3 bath residential build in California. Let me know if you interested and I can send over a floorplan for estimating the cost.
